Since 2009 Silex has worked with different UK Government departments to deliver digital services using an agile approach informed by UX research.  We worked with the Department for Education to develop pedagogy tools to deliver the national curriculum to education professionals. We helped the Cabinet Office launch the pioneering Open Data initiative data.gov.uk. More recently we have been helping Border Force to deliver premium products for their Digital Passenger Services portfolio. We are also helping deliver HMRC’s MTD platform and working with HMPO to deliver the next generation passport printing service. 

In addition to our development and delivery services, we support a number of critical systems for Home Office, HMPO and HMRC on a 24/7 basis using a an ITIL based operation model to respond to demand and facilitate value creation through the creation and management of products and services.
